Cancellation and Deposit Policy:

Services lasting 1 1/2 hours or more REQUIRE 24 hour cancellation notice, otherwise credit card WILL be charged. Examples: mani/pedi combo, 90 minute massage, eyelash extensions or fills, etc.
Services for parties of 2 or more REQUIRE 48 hour cancellation notice, otherwise credit card WILL be charged.
Examples: Couples Massage, 2 pedicures, ANY time 2 or more people book together!
Tuesday Appointments Requiring a 24 hour notice: MUST be cancelled by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday otherwise credit card WILL be charged.
Tuesday Appointments Requiring a 48 hour notice: MUST be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. Friday, otherwise credit card WILL be charged.
Smart Circle appointments require credit card to schedule.
